In these terms and conditions, "Authentic Faces" means the model and talent agency established in the Netherlands, trading under the name Authentic Faces. "Client" means the natural or legal person who commissions Authentic Faces. "Model" or "Talent" means the person represented by Authentic Faces for commercial assignments.
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and deliveries of Authentic Faces. By placing a booking or commissioning an assignment, the client accepts these terms.
Bookings only become final after written confirmation by Authentic Faces. If the client cancels within 48 hours before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee may be charged. Authentic Faces reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving reasons.
All rates are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. If the payment term is exceeded, the client is in default by operation of law and statutory interest may be charged.
Images featuring models or talent represented by Authentic Faces may only be used for the agreed purpose and the agreed period. Reuse, resale or alteration of images without written permission is not allowed. Authentic Faces reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Authentic Faces is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit. The liability of Authentic Faces is at all times limited to the amount paid out by its liability insurance in the case concerned.
All intellectual property rights relating to concepts, designs and content developed by Authentic Faces remain the property of Authentic Faces, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Both parties are obliged to keep confidential all confidential information they receive from each other in the context of the agreement.
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where Authentic Faces is established.
